1. Material of cabinet box:
16MM or 18MM both sides melamine particle boards(chipboards),the main color of melamine paper is warm white and grey, also including other colors, such as maple, walnut, cherry, oak, beech, birch and so on. Glue of the board is up to E1 grade. The back board is 3MM E0 grade both side melamine particle board.
2. Seal edge of board:
PVC with the thickness of 0.6MM or 1MM, the glue of it is up to E1 grade.
3. Structure of cabinet box:
Side boards clamping the bottom board form the base cabinet, and side boards clamping the bottom board and ceiling board form wall cabinet. The back board is inserted among the side boards and the bottom board.
4. Joining parts:
The cabinet box is linked with three in one and wood dowel. Sometimes, the screw and angle iron are used.
5. Hardware:
Hinges, slide, hang, leg ,toe kick are various according to your requirement, we can provide some high quality hardware for you, such as self-closed slide, self-closed hinge, extra heavy hang and aluminum metal alloy leg. The height of leg is from 130MM to 150MM, and it is adjustable.
6. Kitchen door:
We can provide vinyl door, and the color and the type of the door are according to your requirement. The material of the door is E1 or E2 grade MDF with the PVC faced. The knob or the handle are various according to your requirement.
7. Specification of cabinet box:
The width of our cabinet box is from 150MM to1300MM, the depth is 560MM or 510MM, and the height is from 660MM to 780MM, most of time, we use the height of 660MM except for our clientĄ¯s requirement.
8. Quality:
The chipboards and MDF boards are up to the European standard. And we have the specialist to control the quality of the cabinet box.
9. Price:
